Technicon Engineering Limited was incorporated since July 1982.

The wide range of services for Technicon Engineering Limited include central HVAC installation, electrical system installation, fire services installation, plumbing & drainage system etc.

In January 1991, we were registered in the Register of Ventilation Contractor under Buildings Department.

In May 1992, we obtained the certificate of registration of electrical contractor under the Regulation 10(1) of Electricity (Registration) Regulations 1990.

In 1993, the Shanghai Great-Wall Technicon Contracting Company Limited was incorporated to build our services network in the PRC. It specialises in providing design and contracting of interior decoration works and associated building services engineering works.

We obtained the ISO 9001 : 1994, ISO 9001 : 2000 & ISO 9001 : 2008 quality management system standard in 1998, in 2003 and in 2008 respectively covering the design, contract administration, supply and installation of mechanical ventilation and air-conditioning, electrical, fire services, plumbing and drainage systems, and operation, maintenance and repair of mechanical ventilation and air-conditioning and electrical systems in Hong Kong.

In April 2000, we were promoted to the list of approved suppliers of materials and specialist contractors for public works under the category of "Electrical Installations" in Group III and was also promoted to the category of "Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Installations" in Group II by Works Branch of the Government.

In September 2011, we obtained the OHSAS 18001: 2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems and ISO 14001: 2004 Environmental Management System.

In November 2011, we obtained the Registered Minor Works Contractors (Company) Class I, II, III under Buildings Department.

In June 2017, we obtained the ISO 9001 : 2015 Quality Management System and ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management System.

In August 2020, we obtained the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System.

We engaged in the provision of building services engineering and maintenance services. We also keen on capturing more public works in view of the increasing demand of public sector projects in Hong Kong.
